In a moment of inspiration, spurred by Kevin’s guidance, Natalia ventured to establish First Stay Realty Inc in February 2019. From May 1st, 2019, their company seamlessly transitioned to offering full licensing services in Trading, Strata, and Rental Property Management, marking a significant milestone in their journey.

The name “First Stay” comes from my very first major client — someone who trusted me with the management of over 50 rental properties. That relationship was built on care, consistency, and treating every guest’s experience as if it truly mattered. When that client decided to exit the rental business and move to Costa Rica, he gifted me the domain firststaybc.com. It wasn’t a transaction — it was a gesture of trust and belief in the way I did business.”
