A senior (the highest-level) property manager, commercial or residential, at your service is to ensure that property management runs smoothly. As a Senior property manager, Kevin performs a number of tasks, such as making sure that managed properties have low vacancy rates, collecting rent, and taking care of any tenants' issues. He also oversees the entire rental process, from advertising and showing vacant properties to accepting and processing tenancy applications.
